Our story begins with Veteran Adjusting School.

Founded in 2011 by Guy Grand and Gary Pitts, Veteran Adjusting School (VAS) has trained over 350 Catastrophe Adjusters through an intensive six-week on-site certification course. As a result of the elite training offered by VAS, over 50 industry-leading adjusting firms became partners to hire VAS graduates immediately upon graduation.

For over 13 years, VAS successfully created “the special ops of adjuster training”. VAS-Trained Adjusters are the top 10% of all field adjusters in the country because they were trained to always turn in a consistent work product.
